Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport (PAD) is located in North Rhine-Westphalia. With just over one million passengers per year, this airport is growing in popularity.
The draw of free long-term parking has captivated the flying public and lured many passengers away from other nearby airports to PAD instead.
There are two terminals and one runway.
Despite its name, the Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport actually belongs to the town of Büren, and it lies 19 km (12 mi) south-west of Paderborn and 32 km (20 mi) south-east of Lippstadt. Other distances?
